Coral Bell
17th year with RNS&K. Coral has a Master’s in Early Childhood Education and Human Development. She has spent five years in a classroom with 3-6 year olds. Coral has also taught movement improvisation workshops to elementary through high school youth groups and adults. Coral’s interests include antiques and textiles.
Katie Jones
1st year at RNS&K. She has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Family and Child Development from the University of Akron. Katie taught at a preschool center in her hometown of Akron, Ohio. Before moving to Maryland, she was also a center director for a brand new preschool and served on the board of a non-profit agency helping parents with their newborn babies. Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and her sisters, traveling, and shopping. READ MORE
Linda Lau-Mahmood
12th year with RNS&K – Linda has a BA in English Literature, BA in Psychology and a MA in Education. She has taught for 15 years in Maryland and in several other states’ schools. Linda also taught Head Start for six months. Linda enjoys working with preschool-aged children. She is delighted to work with Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Walter. Linda loves art, music and swimming. She has one son attending college and absolutely loves working with the 5 day 3’s!
Kim Walter
9th year with RNS&K. Kim has a BGS degree from the University of Maryland and her 90 hour certificate in Early Childhood Education. Kim substituted at RNS&K for years before joining the staff. She has been teaching in the 5 day 3’s class for 7 years and substitutes on days when she is not teaching. Kim and her husband have 2 daughters, one son and a son-in-law and a brand new grandson. They also have 2 dogs. Kim enjoys exercising and entertaining. READ MORE
